  1. Put the baking paper inside the pan and put some sugar crystals.
  2. put eggs in the large bowl and start mixing (low speed)
  3. add sugar and mix
  4. gradually heat & mix with hot water in the pan until it’s slightly warm
  5. heat a glass of water
  6. beat the egg at high speed about 8 minutes. (until it becomes white and rippling pattern remains)
  7. mix honey with warm water
  8. add honey to the beaten egg
  9. mix one minute with high speed
  10. mix another minute with low speed (glossy)
  11. distribute the bread flour
  12. 2 min with medium speed (smooth)
  13. drop the bowl to remove air bubbles
  14. slash to remove air bubbles
  15. Bake at 340F (170C) for 15 min
  16. Bake at 320F (160C) for 45 min
  17. check with a bamboo stick (slightly moist)
  18. drop it several times and then flip it
  19. wrap with plastic wraps and cool it (store in a fridge for a day)
