Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- sugar (200g)
- honey (3T)
- boil some water
- bread flour (150g)
- coarse sugar
Instruction
- Put the baking paper inside the pan and put some sugar crystals.
- put eggs in the large bowl and start mixing (low speed)
- add sugar and mix
- gradually heat & mix with hot water in the pan until it’s slightly warm
- heat a glass of water
- beat the egg at high speed about 8 minutes. (until it becomes white and rippling pattern remains)
- mix honey with warm water
- add honey to the beaten egg
- mix one minute with high speed
- mix another minute with low speed (glossy)
- distribute the bread flour
- 2 min with medium speed (smooth)
- drop the bowl to remove air bubbles
- slash to remove air bubbles
- Bake at 340F (170C) for 15 min
- Bake at 320F (160C) for 45 min
- check with a bamboo stick (slightly moist)
- drop it several times and then flip it
- wrap with plastic wraps and cool it (store in a fridge for a day)
