Roasted potatoes

• I tried the top Roasted Potatoes recipes. This is the best one. by Rainbow Plant Life
  • Yukon gold (deeper flavor) -> small pieces. Then one russet into thin pieces for starch
  • Salted boiling water. ~8m. fork tender but not too soft.
  • mash russet and shake the bowl for starchy coat
  • Quite a lot of EVOO, salt, pepper.
  • 450F 10-15m. bottom rack. flip and 20m
  • Rosemary chopped + EVOO -> top of potatoes and then back to oven. 7m
