Mobility network models of COVID-19 explain inequities and inform reopening

This paper considers a bipartite network of POIs and Census Block Groups. The model is simpler than many Metapopulation models and probably requires less computational power. The model represents a new way to leverage the often-available data of POI visitations (they are often collected because they are useful for marketing and measurements for many companies).
