You Need A Budget is probably the best budgeting app.

It really heightens the awareness of the spending, reveals the current financial status clearly, and lets you make a good projection. However, because the underlying basis of the system may be foreign, it may take some time to learn the system.

My recommendation is to use the manual entry method without setting up the automatic bank synchronization.
