Time management

Time management is essential for Productivity.


Eisenhower box classifies tasks using two dimensions: importance and urgency. A task can be both urgent and important; it can be urgent but not important. The idea is that we should increase our time on the important but not urgent and decrease our time on the urgent but not important tasks.

Time tracking

Time tracking is a useful exercise. It makes us better aware of task switching, allows us to more accurately estimate how much time we need to spend on each task, and lets us objectively look at how we spend time.

Toggl + Timery is a good combination for time tracking.
