  • Spices: tumeric, cumin, coriander, curry powder, garam masala, chili powder (more cumin and curry powder) + salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup lentil washed and 1 small can crushed tomatoes -> cover and simmer 20-25min
  • one can coconut milk
  • Almond butter, salt, pepper
  • Garnish with cilantro and lemon
